Students are working on a huge health project.  The objective is to identify poor habits that can be changed and make new healthy habits.  The areas in which we will focus on are: Sleep, Diet, Exercise, Hygiene, Mental, Spiritual

Parents please help facilitate these changes and encourage and support your student.  They will be compiling a schedule for one week where everything will be planned out for one week.
